2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in any Samarthya IAS course is subject to:

• Availability of seats in the selected batch.
• Payment of the applicable course fee in full or as per agreed installment schedule.
• Completion and submission of the enrollment form with accurate personal information.
• Agreement to adhere to the course schedule and academic policies.

Samarthya IAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if information provided is found to be inaccurate or if a student violates our conduct policies.

3. Student Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a respectful and disciplined environment conducive to learning. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Disruptive behavior in classrooms or study areas.
• Recording of lectures, sessions, or study material without prior written permission.
• Sharing or distributing proprietary study material to non-enrolled individuals.
• Harassment or disrespectful conduct toward faculty, staff, or fellow students.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All study material, lecture notes, mock test papers, videos, and other content provided by Samarthya IAS are the intellectual property of Samarthya IAS or its content partners. Students are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use such material for their own preparation only.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Samarthya IAS content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

Samarthya IAS provides coaching and mentoring services to the best of its ability. However, exam results depend on many factors including individual effort, preparation, and examination conditions. Samarthya IAS does not guarantee selection or any specific result in any examination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samarthya IAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

Samarthya IAS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
