6. Refund Policy

Course Fee Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request relative to course commencement:

• Before course commencement: Full refund of course fees, minus a processing fee of ₹500.
• Within 7 days of course start: 75% refund of total fees paid.
• Between 8–15 days of course start: 50% refund of total fees paid.
• After 15 days: No refund is applicable. Course credits may be transferred to the next batch at our discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to samarthyaias@gmail.com with your enrollment details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Study Material: Study material costs are non-refundable once materials have been issued or accessed.
